Note: I recently mailed a paperback version abroad to reviewers in the UK and the postage alone (book rate - the cheapest) was over $30! So, I don't think you would want to pay that much all-round, would you? Best order the paperback version from Amazon where you are and it will be quicker and more affordable for you.
